Best reasons to contact PR97
- A public price, billing rule, source date, or plan description may be wrong.
- A download is missing, corrupted, or does not match its page.
- A calculation, formula, internal link, canonical, or page behavior is broken.
- A comparison omits a material constraint or overstates its evidence.
- You have a privacy, advertising, attribution, or correction question.
What to include
Provide the exact page URL, the relevant sentence, table row, file name, or behavior, the date observed, region and currency when pricing is involved, and a primary source or reproducible step. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment data, private contracts, restricted assurance reports, or unnecessary personal information.
PR97 does not provide emergency support, vendor account support, legal advice, or individual contract representation. Product account and billing issues should also be reported to the relevant vendor.
