PR97 privacy policy

Information processed when you visit

The hosting and delivery infrastructure may process IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, device or browser information, response status, and security events in ordinary server logs. PR97 does not require an account to read pages or download public templates.

On-page search and calculators

The library search downloads a static index and performs matching in the browser. Calculator inputs and results are computed in the browser. PR97 does not intentionally transmit those search terms or calculator values to its own database.

Downloads

Template files are served as ordinary web downloads. The server or delivery provider may log the request like any other file request. Do not enter confidential, personal, security-sensitive, or contract-restricted information into a template unless you store and handle the completed file in an approved system.

Contact messages

If you contact PR97, the message and contact details you provide may be used to respond, verify a correction, investigate abuse, or maintain a reasonable correspondence record. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card data, private contracts, restricted reports, or unnecessary personal data.

Advertising and cookies

PR97 uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, IP address, device information, and interaction data to provide, measure, secure, limit, or personalize advertising, depending on location, consent, and account settings. PR97 does not currently include a Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager tag in the published site files. Hosting providers and advertising services may still perform their own measurement and security processing.

Consent choices

Where required, an advertising consent interface may be provided through Google or another configured consent platform. Browser controls can also restrict cookies or storage, although doing so may affect advertising or site behavior. Advertising and consent configuration should be reviewed whenever the site's audience, vendors, or applicable requirements change.

Retention and security

Data retained by hosting, email, advertising, or infrastructure providers is governed by their settings, operational needs, agreements, and legal obligations. PR97 aims to limit collection, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Access and retention should be restricted to what is reasonably needed for operation, response, fraud prevention, and compliance.
