Informational use

PR97 provides general software procurement information, public-source research, calculators, and editable working files. Content is not legal, security, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice and is not a substitute for evaluating your own facts, quote, contract, controls, and obligations.

No guarantee of price or outcome

Vendor pricing, packaging, features, availability, and terms can change by date, region, currency, account, quantity, channel, promotion, and negotiation. PR97 does not guarantee that a public rate is available to a particular buyer or that use of a framework will produce a particular result.

Template license

You may download, copy, and modify PR97 templates for your own internal business use. You may not sell, sublicense, republish, or distribute them as a competing template library without written permission. Vendor names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade security controls, scrape at a rate that impairs service, misrepresent PR97 content or authorship, or use the files to collect information you are not authorized to process.
